Excellent place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find car service on my first stay, which I remember well. I love the helpful concierge, too. I'll be back for my next city trip!

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff created a pleasant stay. The location is decent, close to MTR and popular eateries but slightly away from major attractions. Some amenities felt outdated and the breakfast options were limited. All in all, it was a solid value at a reasonable price.

The staff provided really good service, responding quickly to all our requests. Our room was spacious, offering an enjoyable and comfortable experience with soft beds and efficient storage. The city view from our window was fantastic and added a special touch to our stay.

There were minor inconveniences with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which disrupted a few of our planned activities.

Booked a room with large bed. The breakfast was rich, the check in was efficient. Location: the hotel was close enough to all the tourist attractions, the restaurants nearby, and transport links. We visited Hay Hay, based close to the venue.

Good location

Front desk did not process my check in promptly, my requested room was not available even though it had been booked in advanced. The last a guest wants after a long flight is too wait and be delayed on check in.
